You see most people wake up in the morning feeling sluggish, apathetic, and lethargic about the day ahead. They feel very drained. Everyone does want to succeed but most people lack the mental energy to pursue and accomplish their goal.
On the other hand, a fraction of people wakes up feeling excited, energetic, and happy every morning. And they keep achieving higher levels of success in their life.
What is the secret of these successful people that makes them feel energized in the morning even during a life crisis?
Morning routines
Yes, successful people take time to adjust their thoughts and emotions so they can live life in a peak state. They set a productive tone for the day by mastering their emotions with the morning routine.
You must have heard about people trying the morning routine of Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, and many others. They try to follow a routine but after a few days, they just quit.
Why? They also want to be successful and willing to make an effort. But they still quit.
It is because when you copy someone else’s morning routine, it is not in alignment with your life.

1. Identify what’s important to you - your values, goals, and what makes you happy.
2. Identify core tasks in your day - find out underlying demands of work
3. Brainstorm activities that might align with what’s important to you and your core tasks
4. Plan when to execute your morning routine
Remember it’s just the beginning. Your morning routine can evolve completely to something different. And that’s completely okay. It is just meant to ease you in daily life. It should be enjoyable, it should make you happy and something that you will look forward to.
